• 30-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Due to the nature of skincare, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

• Refunds: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
